I purchased 2 x security gates from Games Gateway yesterday (20/01/13) and upon installing the second one part the the latch goes through to the steel support had no hole drilled approx 12mm in diameter. Now it's a bother to me because I had to purchase several 4mm steel bits to get this whole thing in place and the last bit to go in about 6pm yesterday (when everyone is closed) only to find out no hole is drilled to complete the installation. Now today my home is left unsecured as we are all at work and I can only get a bit on Friday at the earliest. Then it got me thinking, if the visible parts are not checked when leaving the factory, how is the rest of the product being manufactured, also in this substandard way? I would like to hear from Xpanda.
