Can't stick to their installation dates

Cardinal Flooring have given me such bad service. I got a quote to have a client's carpet re-done and the sales guy was very friendly and followed up. I explained that the installation could only happen on a Tuesday or Thursday with a maid present. A week later I have to follow up to confirm an installation date. It's on schedule my guys will be there first thing. I get a call at lunch time to say there is no one there. Over 2 1/2 hours late. It was never explained that the glue would need to be put down the day before. So I re-schedule for the following week. Surprise surprise they can't even get that right. Whoops sorry wrong date. No apology and no we will try and fit you in. Just it will happen next week. Unfortunately we have paid 50% deposit which is a large sum of money. I don't get any follow up or communication. No more calls from the sales guy or the installation team. Nothing from a manager apologising. In fact I have yet to receive any apology. Cardinal flooring I will never use you again nor will I recommend you. I was disappointed before and now I am fuming!
