I would like to take this oppertunity to commend Mzanzi alarms for what I found EXCELLENT SERVICE. We have been with them for a while now. They have always proved a fast response and is at the property in a matter of minutes compared to even police out there. I reside in an area where the crime rate has escalated immensly. So after a late night out, at about 1am, I had called Mzanzi to request an escourt to ensure my safe arrival home and thereafter follow my partner back to his residence. I was please to hear the Lady who had answered the call was vibrant and accomodating & also made the effort to make conversation, unlike MOST places you would call at that time (people usually sound like they get paid to sleep). She advised me the guy would be there within 15 min and 15 min later he was there. That is EXCEPTIONAL. I felt safe & impressed at the same time. WELL DONE MZANZI especially to the lady who had logged my call (didnt get her name unfortunatley) & to the gentleman that escourted us home... I would recommend your services over & again!
