I've had 2 door magnets added to my security system by ADT technical service, but it seems as though there aren't any qualified technicians who work there since my issue has not been resolved. I had asked the first technician to pls make sure the alarm system is in a proper working condition before he had left but to my surprise this was not the case and we were left with an issue of a loose contact. Somewhere during the time your technicians were at my house, they seemed to have messed up my current system, now I no longer have a working beam in my garden. I have tried numerous times in the past 2 weeks contacting ADT via your website, via email & by calling them but still no one has been able to assist me. What kind of 'Mickey mouse' operation are you running??? I'm am still awaiting response from your technical team! Don't send out a response email to customers notifying them ADT would contact them within '24hrs' if you cannot live up to it! I'm really appalled at your service time response!!!
