7 have sent Adt Security a letter to reset passwords for our panic buttons on the 7 May 2013 and no one could come back to me and tell that they have received an email or they are busy on the matter, everytime i call them they tell me that they will come back to me. As a company of ADT's calibre i found it unaceptable that they have such a poor service like this. They don't care about people's lives but only their fees. Our payments are up to date.
