I have spent almost the entire morning trying to talk with Bongani at ADT Head Office. I am told that he is the 'Area Manager' for the Fourways/Lonehill area. Apart from being almost interrogated by the switchboard personnel, when i said i wasn't an ADT customer, they simply left me hanging on until the phone cut off. On one of my calls, i managed to leave a message for Bongani to call me, saying that i will only be at this number today and could she please ensure he got the message. So, if you need to speak to ADT and you're not an existing customer or don't promise to be one, don't bother calling in!!!
