I have an email from Nicole Rossouw (Customer Services Agent) stating that my monthly payment would be changed from R468 to R285 per month as of May 1st.
This has not happened, R468 was deducted from my account. I have tried several times to get in touch with the agent, to no avail. Emails are not being answered, today she was unavailable around mid-day when i called and the last few attempts i have made to the call centre are proving useless.
Is anyone going to help me at all or am i go to do what i originally planned and take my business to Chubb?
