I am not a customer of Tracker but somehow they have recorded my cell number as belonging to a vehicle that they cover. For the past 10 days I have been getting SMS's and phone calls at all times of the day and night, in fact I have been woken up at between 2:30am and 5:30am three times this week. On all occasions they have phoned me, and the four times that I have contacted them directly, they have promised to remove my details from their system. I have even spoken to one of their supervisors. They seem completely incapable of rectifying a simple admin mistake, and I have to suffer sleepless nights because of their mistakes. After this experience with Tracker I will never become a customer of theirs. Firstly because they cannot deal with simple admin issues and secondly because I assume that somewhere out there is a vehicle that is either being every night, which seems unlikely, and to which they are obviously not responding, or their system is faulty. I would love the CEO of Tracker to send me their personal cell phone number so that the next time I get woken up at 2:30 in the mroning I can contact them and see how much they like being woken up at that time!
