On the 30/11/ 2012 I send an cancelation email to ADT cancelling the service, however on the 31/10/2012 the amount of R748.94 was deducted from our bank account which included the annual license fee of 2013 now I have been phoning, and emailing to get the license fee refunded but I just don't seem to have any success. If you phone you just get to the call centre and you have to tell your story every time, they then promise to find someone to phone you back, which never happens.
I really don't think its fair for them to take my money if I'm no longer making use of there service, as far as my knowledge goes its.
