Double deduction and no refund

I booked a ticket for a flight from EL to JHB on the 4th of June 2013. SAA deducted the ticket amount twice. I have since been struggling to get a refund. At first I was told they have a 21 day turnaround time, but still I haven't received an answer or a refund from SAA. No one is capable of helping me and NEVER returns a phone call.

I have made numerous phone calls and every time it is my time and money that gets wasted because of their incompetence.
