I sms'd 400 to 44188 in response to a TV ad on Tuesday, 15 October 2013 to assess whether I could find a cheaper insurer.

After the 30min underwriting process, and being quoted a premium that is almost double what I'm currently paying, I was informed by the agent that I would receive a link by email to submit my details for payment of the R400. I still have not received this link even tho I subsequently called the call centre and was advised by another agent that she would send the link.

It has not yet arrived. I have received 2 sms's, one included a 'unique login pin' to used to access the web page once the link was received, but still no link.

I want a favorable response to this ASAP!
