After several calls, sms's sent we have experienced absolute NO assistance or service from ADT company. We arranged a meeting on the evening of the 17th of April, decision was made to make use of your company. We were told that your company is the best and the most sufficient in the business. What a load of rubbish!
On that, I was immediately given banking detail. This had to be paid ASAP for the process to be continued. The next day, the 18th of April 2013, i was phoned several times before 11h00 the morning to make sure I do the payment, which I did, with that we were told that it will probably take 4-5 working days to install etc. Thus we concluded that this would be done by the Tuesday / Wednesday the following week.
Today is the 06th of May 2013, exactly 19 days since we've paid in full. We have spoken to a Leon, who assured us that it will be done by Monday morning. Still nothing.
Enough is enough! I have never experienced such a insufficient company and must tell you that I would not feel safe with ADT as a security company if they can't even keep to normal standard of customer service.
This is unacceptable and we will be taking this matter to the newspaper!!!
