IN AUGUST 2012 i HAD A CAR ACCIDENT AND INFORMED C-TRACK, A TRACKING COMPANY, THAT THEY SHOULD SUSPEND MY TRACKER AS IT WAS AT A PANEL BEATING SHOP. THIS WAS NOT DONE, I KEPT GETTING CALLS THAT THE BATTERY WAS BEING TAMPERED WITH. I THEN PHONED THE PORT ELIZABETH BRANCH AND SPOKE TO ROBBY AND ASKED HIM TO FREEZE MY ACCOUNT UNTIL THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, THIS WAS NOT DONE EITHER. MY VEHICLE WAS EVENTUALLY SCRAPPED IN DECEMBER. I THEN CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEM TO REMOVE THE TRACKER AND INSTALL IT IN MY NEW CAR. IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO DO IT AND THEN THE TRACKER DID NOT WORK. I HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM ALL THE TIME COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SERVICE. IN MARCH 2013 I AGAIN PHONED THE HEAD OFFICE TO COMPLAIN AND THEY THEN SUGGESTED I TAKE OUT A NEW CONTRACT WITH A NEW TRACKER AND THEN PROBLEM WILL BE SORTED OUT, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN EITHER . I THEN INFORMED THEM THAT DUE TO POOR SERVICE I DID NOT WANT THE PRODUCT AND THAT I AM CANCELLING THE CONTRACT. THEY CAME AND REMOVED THE UNIT FROM MY CAR BUT THEY ARE STILL DEDUCTING PREMIUMS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AS THEY ALLEGE THAT I HAVE A NEW CONTRACT AND CANNOT CANCEL.THE TRACKER HAS BEEN ON AND OFF FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS.
