Taking money and no service, seriously bad news

Henry Eybers from Garden Route Communications took on the job to automate our gate and install an intercom.
We paid him upfront the full amount in October 2012.
So far we have received the Centurian Gate Motor and the Gooseneck. The motor was installed but not to specifications. He does not answer his cell phone or return calls nor does he respond to our numerous e-mails.
To this day we are still waiting for him to contact us and have a meeting with us but most importantly to come and finish the job and do the job properly!!
There has been no service delivery or client care from Henry.
The sad part is that in good faith we paid him upfront. A big lesson learned!!
