POOR SERVICE AND DEFECTED ITEMS

I HAVE BOUGHT A FEW ITEMS FROM BIG BROTHER IN PIETERMARITZBURG IN APRIL 2013, EVERY SINGLE ITEM I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM, I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT .MY CURRENT PROBLEM IS A CENTURIAN GATE MOTOR D5 WITH I PAID /- R 4500.00 INCL INSTALLATION, I HAVE CALLED THEM IN OCTOBER TO SAY I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT WERE THE MOTOR JUST LOCKS, EVEN THE MANUAL OVER RIDE CAN NOT OPEN MY GATE, AFTER 11 CALLS ON THE 21ST OF OCTOBER THEY HAVE SENT THERE TECH TO REMOVE IT AND I WAS ADVISED THAT IT IS BEEN SENT TO CENTURIAN TO BE FIXED, TO DATE I HAVE NOT HAD ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THE STORE, I HAVE THEN GOT IN CONTACT WITH CENTURIAN IN JHB AS WELL AS KZN, THEY HAVE TRIED TO ASSIST ME IN EVERY WAY TO TRACE MY GATE MOTOR, AND THEY HAVE ALSO FAILED.
