I got notification by sms Today 26/02/2019 that 3 x Unauthorised Debit orders were deducted from my Capitec Account. I immediately called the 0860102043 number and spoke to Kyle at Capitec Bank and he confirmed that these Debit orders had been deducted from my account in the amounts of R119, R145 and R119 with Reference of ON AIR OA -----------SERV FEE, ON AIR ENTOA ------------ SERV FEE and ON AIR OA -----------SERV FEE. Kyle then gave me this number to call 0860007070 (supposed to be the contact number for the person or company that did these debit orders) I called this number on 5 occasions and all I get is "The number that you have called does not exist". Please help. I want my money back and I DID NOT AUTHORISE THESE DEDUCTIONS.
