Multichoice
Decoder Not working

On the 30/04/2013 I went from my house in Steenberg to N1 city Multichoice, my decoder was faulty I took in for replacement as I have insurance on it, after driving about 100 km to get to them and 100km to get home I had to wait for almost 2hours, as the clerk assisted me I noticed after she ran through the whole process that the remote is not sending a proper signal to the decoder I ask her 3 times why it was doing that and does it function correctly, her response was yes it is all working perfectly. I took it then left, when I arrived home plugged everything back in just to find I cant even use my remote to change channels how frustrated I was as I could not go and they have closed. Wednesday the 1/05/2013 I got up had to cancel all my plans, had to disconnect all my decoders went back another 100km to get to and 100km to get back I had to sit another almost 2hours, a service clerk by the name Byron assisted me and eventually sorted my problem I was highly disgusted in the lazy assistance I received the first time, Multichoice made me sick
