Let me clear up one thing before I start my complaint... Metallica was beyond awesome. That's however the only awesome part of this evening. This was our 1st concert ever. We arrived around 16h30 and sat close to the entrance we were supposed to go through. At around 17h30 we were instructed to form a line and here we remained until about 20h30. Quite rude when you consider the gates were advertised as supposedly opening at 18h00. At no stage did anyone from Big concerts have the decency to speak to the crowd or relay why there was a delay. Once moving in the attitude was the same with us having to pry information from staff.. Eventually we got to our seats. During the concert we had to compete with security personnel & vendors blocking our view, people changing areas and standing in front of us and so forth. Needless to say we will never again attend a concert that Big concerts host or organize. You'd think that they would have figured out their act after doing it for so long, but no. And the best is the attitude of 'if you don't like it then whatever'.
