We were extremely disappointed with how the Metallica concert was run.
We waited in the queue for over 3 hours to get in. We waited for a further 2.5 hours to get a drink. There was no toilet paper in ANY of the toilets. When my husband went to the toilet he had to stand in a huge puddle of urine. The food on offer was revolting. When we left the concert we had to sit in our car for over an hour before we moved.
Surely at R600 a ticket there should be someone at least cleaning and maintaining the toilets?
