I've been subcontracted for this lady who puts herself up as an Event Manager for an event that she did for Cashbuild. I delivered 150doz of pastries, 210 chairs, 25 tables, 25 table cloths, 300 cans of soft drinks, 60 x 50ml still water, 60 side plates for her. My quote was R11 500.00.She already paid me R7 000.00.However she was already paid in full 2 weeks before the event which took place on 11 April 2013, and promised to pay me the balance as soon as I hand over the Invoice, I am still waiting for the balance of R4 500.00.After the event I received an e-mail stating that she will pay me "within one week after the event". Everyday since last week Thursday she's got a different story why she didn't pay me. The last was today: "As soon as you stop messaging me, I will transfer your money."So far NO money at all was transferred. If ever you do any subcontracting for her, make sure that you get ALL your money in advance.
