My golden circle e-tickets did not arrive when I ordered it in April for Rihanna's concert this weekend. Last week I sent an e-mail requesting them and I was told I would receive it the week before the concert. Yesterday when I called and e-mailed again I was told that they cannot re-send my ticket so I need to collect it at the stadium on the day of the concert and nobody could help me.
These tickets were a gift for 2 other people and now I have to mission to the box office at the stadium on Sunday in order to collect them before the show. Unacceptable!!
