I HAVE HAD IT WITH DSTV 4 YEARS!!!

IS IT REALLY SO HARD TO CHANGE THE ACC OVER FROM MY NAME TO MY MOTHERS? DOES IT HAVE TO TAKE A WHOLE WHOPPING 4 YEARS TO GET THIS DONE??? THEN MY ACC IS IN CREDIT THEN MY MOTHERS IS IN CREDIT, THEN MY ACC IS IN ORDER, THEN STOP PAYMENT HERE THERE AND EVERYWHERE, THEN POLICE STATION TO HAVE SIGNED AFFIDAVIT'S RE CHANGE, THEN ONLINE FORMS, THEN APOLOGIES AND XPLANATIONS, THEN MY MOMS IS SWITHCED OFF THEN CONNECTED AGAIN, WHAT A WHOLE MESS UP I TELL YOU!!! THEN I GET CALL AFTER CALL AFTER CALL TILL Y/DAY MY ACC WAS IN ORDER AND TODAY A TEXT THAT MY SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR WHAT??? FOR WHAT??? IF THE ACCOUNT IS 150% IN ORDER IN MEAN REALLY NOW... TOTALLY UNXCEPTABLE - QUICK FOR PAYMENTS DUE BUT HAVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE CALLING YOU TRYING TO XPLAIN SIMPLE SIMPLE THINGS - I HAVE HAD IT JEES AND YES I RECOMMEND YOU LISTEN TO ALL CALLS MADE TO AND FROM YOURSELFS AND TELL ME WHO HAS BEEN RUNNING AROUND HERE, AND MAKE SURE YOU LISTEN TO Y/DAYS CALL THEN XPLAIN WHY IN THE NAME OF DSTV WILL MY SERVICES BE DISCONNECTED AND POLITELY I HAVE TO PAY TODAY WITH A RECONNECTION FEE BECAUSE ITS WHO'S FAULT MINE??? FOR WHAT???
