Last Friday, 12 April 2013, I went to go watch the movie Hitchcock, which I had been looking forward to. After paying R90 for 2 tickets, which is very expensive and spending almost R100 for popcorn and coke (also ridiculously expensive) the movie was blurry.
Although it did not stay blurry for the whole movie, they only realised that something was wrong when a man behind me had to get up and go tell someone.
This is poor service delivery, and horrific customer service. No one even apologised for ruining the whole expensive experience.
For almost R200 to go watch a movie I expect much more from Ster-Kinekor!
