As a Media24 employee I qualify for staff discount on my DSTV subscription and are also allowed to add family and friends to my package to enjoy the same discount. I have sent an application to special activations to load a family member as a "child" account. This was done more than a week ago and still nothing. No reply from them, they dont answer the 011 289 2289 number at all and do not respond to emails. Unacceptable service from them. Does the special activation department exist?
