Service is pathetic and I wish I had never signed up with them. After they up on my monthly bill forcing me to cancel due to their incompetence I now am battling to get my refund from them. I spoke with a consultant Shahem who promised me on the 6th of April I will be refunded in 7 working days, once again their incompetence shines through when no refund has happened and after calling your help line (what a joke) I get told that my refund is pending and no one can tell me why. I intend on making this more then just public on this forum and promise you that should I not get my refund by Friday latest I will take this much further
