Not only did they DSTV mess up my billing they over debited my bank account by R 3200.00!!! I phoned on Friday and spoke to a Maria at DSTV on 011 289 2222 who gave me a reference number and promised me 1000% that my money will be refunded on Friday the 3rd of May (same day refund) only to find out this morning Saturday 4th of May that the money has not been released by the account department and is in pending state.
THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE - YOU ARE SO QUICK TO TAKE A PERSON'S MONEY BUT NOT SO QUICK TO REFUND THEM. I HAVE OTHER COMMITMENTS - SORRY DOES NOT PAY THE BILLS!!!
