Email conversations I have had (only parts).
I tried twice to call multichoice to cancel my subscription and the first call
i was holding for approximately 12 minutes and the second about 24 minutes.
I then went on to the multichoice website where I have gone to the drop down menu
where you enter your details and email multichoice with comments.
I tried 5 times to use this channel of communication but as you press send, you wait for approximately 2 minutes and then it say proxy error or something similar.
The day that I got through I had to hold on approximately 20minutes.
As it is now I was totally disgusted by the fact that i was called on 06/03/13 by a debt collector about the fact that I had not paid my DSTV account.
This is absolutely rubbish.
You said that this was going to sorted out now they say that i am in arrears.
the money is not the problem to be paid but the ethics behind the debt is not right.
I had explained to you everything and still i am being made to be a bad guy when in actual fact you (multi choice) dont have any customer service whatsoeve
