I have been trying for the past couple of days to reach these people via email, but no response! I cannot waste my working hours on the phone trying to deal with this problem, I dont understand why a service-based company would not make communication a priority. Bad, bad service from a bad, bad provider. My TopTV shows are all gone and I am trying to find out why!
