When does any not mean any

When it is interpreted to Nu Metro. Instead of refunding my money when the movie I had paid to see could not be shown due to technical problems, I was given a 'complimentary' any 2D movie, at any time on any date voucher. However when I went to see a 2D movie, I was told, my 'any 2D movie ticket 'was not valid or the performance I wished to see. The manager, Natalie, and her staff, who mirror her faulty tower esque management style refused to listen to my concerns nor would they reimburse my money.

I feel I have been poorly treated as Nu metro has taken my money, not allowed me to see the movie of my choice not once but twice. In addition they have had no respect for my time or the traveling costs I incurred.

I want my ticket money and traveling costs to be reimbursed and Natalie and her team to undergo extensive customer service training.
