Just phoned the Multichoice centre to cancel my contract. After weeks and weeks of back and forth e-mails, and the money still going off of the acount, I end up phoning them. The lady in reception doesnt know who the person is who sent me the e-mails, and after me explaining to her the situation, she just stops you from talking and says "You got to listen to ME! I dont deal with it and cannot refer you to no one". I tell her that as the paying customer, i dont think that the attitude helps, so she says "Oh, OK" and just hangs up the phone.
