First National Bank
New website not good, online support lacking

My wife logged a ticket on the fnb website for assistance and they did not react at all. The new website is not user friendly and we cannot get the e-bucks to activate and to get a pin.

We need help on the website as the search function s not as good as it was before. The menus for ordering a telephone does not work.
After several visists to branches we cannot get anyone to help in getting the e-bucks and pin to work.
