Incorrect Billing

I received a message on my decoder instructing me to pay R705. Where my normal subscription is R655. I paid R705 then later received a mail to R655. This month instead of having to pay R605, which is R50 less, because i paid over last month. Im told to pay R645. This doesnt make sense to me. Out of which thumb did they that number out of? Im baffled. I'm paying less next month, and i hope my line is not disconnected. Or im cancelling my subscription.
