Wrongfully suspended

I paid my account at a Checkers branch, just to receive a notice the following day that my DSTV has been suspended! Why - I did pay! Upon phoning the call centre, I was informed that I was the 124th caller - this is rediculous!!! I want my service re-activated today!!!
