Good day. On saturday 8 feb we were watching dstv (easy view) and suddenly a message on the screen saying our dstv has been suspended and we must phone the customer services. So today monday 11 feb we phone to complain and get told to sms error code and they will fix it still nothing happened. We have now smsd 3 times and still nothing we still sitting with the same nonesense since saturday! This is rediculous as our account is paid once a year and when we phoned they said our account is fine there's nothing outstanding so why on earth will they not switch it back on? Pathetic service!!! Terrible customer service!
