SERVICES SUSPENDED AFTER PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

My employer paid me later than usual, but I managed to pay my Autopage account still on 2 October 2013. I phoned customer services to inform of the fact and the person assured me that services will not be suspended. It has, however, been suspended and is still that way. Today is 7 October 2013. I'm working from home and without my cell phone, my hands are tied and no income for me is generated.
