Pickup failure

We arranged a flight to Sun City for a quick breakfast at Wimpy. In order to land at Sun City Helipad you have to arrange a pick up with arraival and depature times at the Helipad a few days in advance. The arragements were confirmed in writing by Sun City. Upon arraival with the helicopter, a security guard radioed three times to arrage that they pick us up. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the sun and no vehicle came to collect us. After 30min we decided to start the pre-flight inspection and take off again seeing that we had other appointments. The next day we tried to launce a cmplaint via telephone but we were cut off each time.
