A disgrace for Multichoice!

On the 5th of March 2013 (20:14) Multichoice reacted immediately after my complaint on Hellopeter.com and state that my account was rectified. They said that they have changed my account date to the correct yearly payment date. I want to include the correspondence, because my account was suspended again today! Please see the following correspondence:
"It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with our service. Providing customers with unsatisfactory service is not in line with our ethic. Please accept our sincerest apologies in this regard. Please be advised that services have been reconnected. The payment date of the account needs to be updated to the 19 July annually. The request has been escalated to the relevant department for further assistance".

Response on 2013/03/09 11:11 and this email after questioning of the exact changed date: " Dankie vir U e-pos. Hiermee bevestig ons dat u Easy View pakket wel betaald is tot en met 18 July 2013.U rekening is verwys na ons rekening afdeling om reggestel te word en dat die heraktiveringsfooi van R50.00 ook gekrediteer word op u rekening" -2013/03/19 - 14:1. NOW SUSPENDED AGAIN!!
