AereaConnect installed points in all the room of our new house and connected a new PVR, however the connections are not working to receive the DSTV in all the rooms. This job cost - R4000. We have contacted them on several occassions and been told that yes they will call back or yes they are on their way. We even gave the technician a tip!
Their warranty on workmanship is 3 months. This was done end February. There is no street address that a person can go and visit them either.
We are at wits end!
