Around 20:30 I called the call Centre to activate the my DSTV account.
I found the lady i spoke to, to be very rude and not informative. I asked her a few questions to which she rudely replied, she had also activated a debit order on my account without my consent, she was really unwelcoming, half way through our conversation i asked her to breath and calm down and ended up asking for details of the call because i was getting upset, as a New client one needs to feel welcomed and embraced given information and educated about the services, I am not looking forward to this this kind of service, I do not believe that it is my place as a customer to tell a DSTV agent how to behave over the phone.
I am deeply saddened by the state of service I am encountering, is it that companies make so much money that they loose respect for their clients.
