On Wednesday 13 March I went to watch a movie at Nu Metro Canal Walk. During the (3D) movie someone in the "projector" room opened a door and there was a light and shadows on the screen for most of the movie. We tried to find someone to complain to but could not find anyone so we continued watching the movie like this. After the movie I asked for the manager. The ushers showed me to them. There were two women and I'm still not sure who was really the manager. Neither made eye contact with me or even responded to what I said. I finished talking to them and they both just walked away without even replying. The usher ended up apologising to me. This is pathetic. The ushers showed better leadership than the two managers. The light on the screen was probably an innocent mistake - the management's response was unacceptable!!
