We are on holiday at the moment at our coastal flat and have been trying unsuccessfully for the past 45 minutes to reconnect our DSTV service here using your online facility. We have followed instructions and keep getting the message "Smartcard Not Numeric". This is pathetic online service. We have now phoned your helpline and a very competent and friendly lady named Selena assisted us with the reactivation, thank you very much.
