Incompetent consultants

Last month I got disconnected due to paying in late. I paid the amount due plus reconenction. I queried the amount and teh consultant clearly stated I owe R14.00 sum change more so I just paid in R20.00 and i asked him so i owe Multi choice nothing and he says no just the R260.00 due by the 17 March. Now I get an sms and message on my screen saying I owe them an extra R138!!! what the do they think we are!!
If they cant read a screen properly thats not my frieken problem . i should have just gone with Top TV would have been bette
