DISSAPPOINTED CLIENT, FALSE PROMISE

Efering to the response from Multichoice from my previous complaint, part of it read as follows:

As per our telephonic conversation, your account is been fixed and amount of R77.50 is only due on the 26 Feb 2013.

first of all I was never contacted Donald and the amount paid by 27 Feb 2013 was R233.67 as per message received, again now I have received the message with amount of R259.67 that needs to be paid by 27 March. I would like to know what hapened to extra amount paid in January, Multichoice never kept his promise, I need clarification and breakdown statemet from inception, as an account holder I can only pay my account from 01 of every month as Im getting paid at the end of month, I requested that my invoice date be changed to the 6or 7th of every month to make sure that fits with your client needs, where am I expected to get R260 to pay if Im paid month end, Im sure systems are operated by humans and can be rectified, u cannot reap me off by demanding R50 connection fee every month because someone is lazy to do his/her job. If multichoice cannot assist in this matter, Im willing to refer matter to the consumer protection council for further assistance.
