How can you just close a customers account without contacting them first? I went to go and get DVD's out tonight and the lady behind the counter tells me our account doesnt exist and I can take and DVD's out!!! What happened to the money that was in credit there? Are you going to refund us plus interest? Dont you think to call a customer first? Go to Mr Video - we will stick to box office if that is your attitude.
