Wild Coast does not answer their phone

My mother in law who resides overseas is visiting South Africa on the 21/03/2013 and requested me to book a holiday for us at the Wild Coast Sun, as that is her favourite resort. I have been trying to call Wildcoast from January 2013 i only managed to get hold of Wid Coast reservation office today after several hours, when i finally got through the consultant was rude and this informed me that she cant help me and that they are fully booked, she didnt even try to assist me, very bad service!
