DSTV had me on the phone (on my account) for the past 45 minutes and STILL Thandeka cannot answer ANY of the questions I had asked. WHY am I made to pay almost R700 a month for a service which just renders pathetic service? WHY are your employees not TRAINED to deal with customers. WHY are things completely irrelevant to the issue at hand explained to me as a customer when this information was never even requested? What is the use of having a public forum like Twitter when the person who manages this replies selectively to complaints and concerns?
I expect this to be resolved ASAP.
