We have been members for over 15 years, & never had to make use of this pathetic service provider, but kept on paying their monthly premiums in case we need it...
Then in Feb we unfortunately had to phone them for assistance! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!
I have requested specific feedback from numerous LTS employees on various occasions. Each time I leave a telephonic message for Chantel, she doesn't even have the decency to return my calls. They (Chantel van Deventer, Adriaan Groenewald, Yusuf Boda, Aviva Hanan, & Seshnie Naicker) read all my mails, but I have received no reply from any one of them to two VERY simple questions.
I also made it clear to them that if they are unable to answer my questions, to at least have the decency to refer me to someone who will be able to assist - BUT NOT ONE of them had the decency to even reply to me.
If they treat a loyal customer (member for over 15 years, & never claimed for anything once) with such disrespect, I am sure there are providers out there that will gladly take over from you.
I will also make sure that the public are made aware of the unethical services you provide if my concerns and questions are not dealt with urgently!
