My decoder has been flashing a E30 error for the past two weeks . I have been sending a number of text messages and making a number of calls for the problem to be resolved . This was all done at my expense . After holding the line for 20 minutes at a time each agent promises that the issue with my dual view E30 will be resolved, it never is .The last consultant promised me that my error will be escalated to It and someone will call me. Guess what no one did .I am still waiting on the error to be fixed . Your self help function on the your dstv website don't work E30 is checking your subscribtion status . Why don't i get this error message on my primary decoder? I have no faith in any of your agents they all a bunch al liars . I want my decoder to be fixed or else i will cancel my subscription.
This is the worst service from a bunch of incompetent agents i ever got.
