When will DSTV start taking the responsibility and not blaming things on their providers? This is unprofessional.
I contacted DSTV via their Facebook page. On the new CBS Drama/Action you can't schedule weekly recording of episodes. Their reply was that they will only have that when the channel provides their content with the option. Now this info is entirely useless to me. I am your customer, not theirs. All I care about is getting the functionality I need.
Just apologise and then contact the channel and fix it. It's really not difficult at all. Stop making excuses.
This is a common thing with you. Everytime someone asks something then it's someone else's fault. Never DSTV.
