We held on for the Call centre for two days spending a huge amount of air time (more than our subscription) Our payment does not reflect on theire account 3 days after payment??? since then no phone call from us was answered.
EFT was made from our bank account like every month - the just does not answer the phones - the so called invoices does not have a street adress (so i cant go there) they dont show a land line or fax number only the call centre that does not answer...
Why is this company afraid to show theire details (very dodgy)...
I would like to have one of them call me asap and i want to know who is paying for my air time thats wasted...
IF YOU CANT RUN THE SERVICE - GO TO WHERE YOU BELONG...
